My name is Thuy! I'm so honoured to be invited to celebrate love through marriage. Here is a little bit about me:

What is your style of ceremony? 

I'm very professional with everything I do but would definitely keep the ceremony as relaxed and free- going, allowing a lot of flexibility and creativity.

What makes you unique? 

I maybe fresh to the whole marriage celebrancy business but have been in the wedding industry for several years now dealing with couples for their wedding music with my string ensemble "Vivello Strings". I have always been a romantic and obsessed with love, making me extra particular with creating a ceremony that reflects on every couple.

Why did you become a marriage celebrant? 

On my final year of university I knew I could be more useful to society than just being a music teacher and my mother introduced me the idea of being a Marriage Celebrant. I loved the idea of bringing two souls together and be the one who could unite these lives together as one. I've also been to many weddings and loved the pure happiness you're surrounded with as the bride and groom gets married. Being the one to make this happens brings utmost joy.

To you what is the most important thing in a ceremony? 

The couple! I always remind couples prior to their wedding that "It is their day!". Therefore, I put a lot of emphasis on the importance of the couple being fully present emotionally, physically and enjoy every second of the day. I believe that the wedding day wouldn't exist without them and that it is important for me to keep the couple calm, laughing and smiling.
